The C.A.P.E. League
The C.A.P.E. League is PBM's first program - a year-round program created to fully integrate the lives of young people in the DC metropolitan area with great opportunities and adults that will influence them positively. The strategy for this new program is to bring youth in per their interests in the arts, entertainment, and media industries - while developing them in a variety of other key areas, to become well-rounded adults. The League hopes to be a part of its members' entire adolescence, providing the program to them throughout their formidable years. We aspire to be a resource for children and young people to help them embark on successful futures and lead productive, well-rounded lives.

Exploring Possibilities
Exploring Possibilities is a series of "Career Days", where professionals who want to give back to young people, share their professional experiences and present their career, to enlighten youth about the various paths they can take. Powerful Beyond Measure will present this special day to expose members of the CAPE League and youth from the DC community to adults in 5-6 different professions. Refreshments will be served at lunchtime, during which the professionals will come together for a panel about the workforce or a workshop relating to the theme of the day.
